Zetas have said there are humans that can fly. Were they referring to this family of humans? Is it all hoax? I've read somewhere this is a very kind alien with good intentions towards the environment. If this is real, could we have more info on their origins, purpose, biology, etc? This is a mummified body of a bat. The skin of the wings has been separated from the thin arms, to give the bat the appearance of being a tiny hominoid. The skin of the wings is naturally attached to the shoulders and back, so by the drying process the skin shrinks and the finger bones in the wings moved closer to the back. Bat ears are pointed and large. The feet on the supposed fairy creature are exactly what one expects on a bat. Notably, the doctors are saying a second, verified DNA sample could not be attained due to the formaldehyde being used. So we are to take the word of the fraudsters who are seeking fame and fortune.

The Schumann Resonance is an Earth hum, caused by a broad vibration of the Earth within its own magnetic field. Since magnetons, and the electrons that chose to flow with them, are pouring out of the Earth’s magnetic N Pole and arriving at the Earth’s magnetic S Pole, there is a tension at the fat sides of the globe, around the Equator, of what can be described as a pull and push. Magnetons want to escape there, but are pulled back, causing this vibration. This is why the base wavelength of the resonance is the circumference of the Earth.

Why is this becoming irregular at times, lately? There is a battle in the Earth’s magnetosphere, with the Earth wanting to align with the Sun but also being assaulted by a magnetic blast from Nibiru. Thus at times with a magneton overload, at other times with a throbbing pull to this or that side of the globe as the magnetons within the Earth, in the process of flowing through, are either in excess or of a dearth. How will this discord affect humans and other life who have become accustomed to the 7.83 Hz? Headaches, being dizzy or fatigued, or at other times irritable and energetic. None of this has long term health effects and all this will in time pass after the Pole Shift.

The assassinations begin. Why now, when Hillary has the nomination wrapped up, and is leading in the polls? With only 3 months until the voters go to the polls, what does she have to worry about? The dirt has already been out there for years, decades in fact, and the recent blockbuster releases of Hillary’s America in theaters and the free movie Clinton Cash are out to the public. Anti-Clinton books are best sellers, at present, and Wikileaks has been releasing troves of emails from the Clinton server and from the DNC. How can there possibly be new secrets to be suppressed?

The obvious assassination of Seth Rich in DC was a warning to others to keep their mouths shut. A DNC employee, Seth knew more than compilation of Democratic voter lists. He knew how election theft was being conducted, the plans for this during the general election. Electronic voting machines are not secure, as the Diebold theft for the Bush family in 2000 and 2004 showed. Does no one wonder why Sanders won the caucus votes during the primary, but lost in general when the votes were collected by machine? How could this difference exist? A caucus is hard to steal, when monitors are present and recording the votes, but electronic numbers can be quickly switched or erased.

Victor Thorn, at the peak of his highly successful career, did not commit suicide. Alone in the wilderness, there were no witnesses except for those who were tracking and hunting him. He was killed, also as an obvious warning to others, to stop pushing the Clinton crimes in the media. As an investigative reporter, Thorn did more than write books, he was a frequent guest on talk shows. The Clinton crime family is obviously feeling threatened, despite seemingly having the election sewed up. Investigations into Public Corruption - quid pro quo while Hillary was Secretary of State - are ongoing.

Despite Obama’s enthusiastic endorsement of Hillary, he does not control the federal government. Dunford does, with an essential military coup. We have recently detailed the possible means by which Hillary could be prevented from grasping control of the White House. The best deterrent would be for the Earth changes to allow Dunford to declare a National Emergency, in essence Martial Law, halting and delaying the 2016 elections. The second strongest deterrent would be the death of Bill and Hillary themselves, killed at the hands of their many partners in crime in order to stop the continuing investigations. Kill the Clintons, kill the investigations, is the logic.

Representatives from multiple federal agencies, including the State Department and the NSA worked together to determine that the FAA, which is already responsible for granting launch licenses to rocket companies, should be the official point of contact for this type of activity. On April 8th, 2016, Moon Express submitted an application for a 2017 commercial lunar mission to the FAA and has since received approval to move forward with its plans. In recent years, the Army has studied a rocket concept for launching small, low-orbiting satellites on short notice. In October, it launched three experimental communications cubesats on a mission with the National Reconnaissance Office. Those satellites are being used to help develop radios that provide beyond-line-of-sight communication for users in remote locations. Over the past decade, the race to space to escape the rock and roll of the Pole Shift on Earth has had Mars as its focus. The wealthy elite touted their plans while having no success record to point to, relying on promises of an assist from Service-to-Self aliens who had been making promises to wealthy members of MJ12 since the days of Roswell.  The Service-to-Self lie, and in any case are not allowed to assist man in this manner. Eventually, the elite on Earth realized they were not going to get to Mars, and began looking to the Moon instead. The Moon will not experience a crustal shift, will not have plate movements, as it does not have a molten core nor is it magnetic. The Moon is doable.

With scant time to waste, the wealthy elite of Earth wish to use existing launch facilities such as are possessed by the US, Russia, and other high tech countries like India, China, and Japan. This requires cooperation from those in charge, which in the case of the US includes NASA, Congressional oversight, the White House, and the Department of Defense. If cooperation cannot be secured via bribery or threats, then a quick death to force a replacement officer in charge might occur. This is what happened to Maj. Gen. John Rossi.

Will the Moon Express succeed? The elite have been told they cannot escape, but must suffer the Pole Shift with the common man. As occurred with years of failures for Space X and Virgin Galactic, accidents are easily arranged. The Council of Worlds does not interfere with the free will of man by striking people down, but as we have stated the Things vs People rule allows things to be manipulated. No escape to Mars. No escape to the Moon. So sayeth the Council of Worlds.
