1. USB vs CD Production - Discussion and Approval

 

- Consideration on moving to USB units for the electronic version. USB are more expensive that CDs.

- Consideration on contracting for another mass CD production or purchasing a CD burning/labeling machine.

 

2. Booklet Rewrite – Discussion and Approval

- Consideration on rewriting the booklet. Finding a volunteer might be a problem.

- Consideration on moving to paper only, a booklet, and dropping electronic distribution of the website.

3. Retiring Unix PCs and Hydroponic/Aquaponic Equipment - Discussion and Approval

 

- Outdated Unix computers, more than a decade old and no longer functional with today's applications.

- Outdated and bulky. Attempts to give this away to the University system in Wisconsin or other nonprofits has proved futile.

 

4. Torrent and Mirror Site - Announcement

5. Funds and Possible Dissolution - Discussion and Approval

 

- Funds adequate to pay annual fees is at hand for the next year, then none.

- Donations have halted. .
